How Enrollment Works

Four simple steps.

The process is the same at both campuses. Here's what it looks like from first contact to your child's first day.

Book a Tour

Visit the campus of your choice, observe a classroom, and meet our team. This is the best way to see the Montessori environment in action.

Submit an Application

Complete the online application for your child's program and campus. We accept applications on a rolling basis when space is available.

Review & Acceptance

Our admissions team will review your application and reach out within a few business days to discuss placement and next steps.

Orientation & First Day

New families attend a brief orientation before your child's start date. We support every transition with care and patience.

Tuition & Fees: Tuition varies by program and schedule. Please contact your preferred campus directly for current tuition information. We offer a limited number of financial assistance options — ask during your tour or inquiry call.

Yes, some programs — particularly Infant Nido and Toddler — fill quickly. We encourage families to inquire as early as possible. Submitting an application puts your child on our list, and we'll contact you as soon as a space becomes available.
Both campuses share the same Montessori approach and standards, so most families simply choose the location closest to home or work. One difference to note: Lower Elementary (1st–4th grade) is offered only at our Chesterton campus. Both campuses offer before- and after-class childcare. We're happy to help you decide during an inquiry call.
Re-enrollment for current families typically opens in January. New family enrollment opens in February. We accept applications year-round for mid-year openings when space permits.
Children in the Infant Nido and Toddler programs do not need to be toilet trained. For Pre-Primary, we work in partnership with families to support this process. Children entering Children's House should generally be toilet trained, but we handle this with understanding and patience.
Yes. We are a licensed early childhood and elementary school. Our teachers hold Montessori credentials from recognized training programs. Please contact us for specific accreditation details for each program level.
We follow a traditional school-year calendar. The infant and toddler programs generally have fewer closure days to better support working families. Our calendar is available on request and updated annually.
Part-time options vary by program and availability. Please inquire directly — we do our best to accommodate family schedules when possible.
